Is your pottery food safe?

Yes! I use food safe glazes only in my studio. I purchase my glazes from Clayscapes, Amaco and Mayco. I use Laguna Clay.

Is your pottery microwave safe?

Yup! As with any item placed in the microwave it will be HOT when done!

Is your pottery dishwasher safe?

Absolutely! I recommend top rack when it fits! Hand washing is best for the life of the piece. I also recommend not placing pottery in the bottom of the sink and filling it with the dirty dishes from the day. That habit may lead to chips on your pottery.

My pottery arrived broken, now what?

First off, I am so sorry this happened. Second, this sucks. Please keep the box, packing materials and broken pottery as evidence for the post office until this is resolved. Contact me and send photos of the above. I will attempt to file a claim on your behalf ( you can also do this here). USPS has gotten very picky with this over the last few years and denies most claims as they prefer the recipient to handle it. We will proceed from there via email.

Do you ship internationally?

I am trying! If you are from Canada or Australia should be able to purchase from this website. If you are from another country, contact me and I can put your item on Etsy and let them deal with the VAT and other taxes. If you are struggling to purchase, reach out to me so I can fix it on my end.

Your pottery is expensive, do you offer discounts?
